We collect only data necessary to hand-craft, alter, and dispatch your bespoke garments: your name, contact details, delivery addresses, and specialized 40-point measurement profile. We never sell, lease, or monetize client records to third parties.

3. WhatsApp Concierge Communication

When you initiate communication with our Atelier Concierge on WhatsApp, your chat history, fit check videos, and reference photos are protected within encrypted end-to-end communication channels used solely for tailoring consultation.

4. Secure Payment Processing

All monetary transactions are processed via RBI-compliant, 256-bit SSL encrypted payment gateways. Sonika's Atelier never stores your credit card, debit card, or banking authentication credentials on our local servers.
