Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
Eligible Items
Ready-to-ship items in original condition are returnable.
Not Eligible
Bespoke, custom made, personalized & sale items are not eligible.
Exchange
Exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery for size or design issues.
Quality Check
All returns are inspected for quality & condition before approval.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
What Can Be Returned?
You can return eligible products if:
- ✓ You received a wrong item
- ✓ The item is damaged or defective upon arrival
- ✓ The item doesn't match the description on our website
- ✓ The item doesn't fit as per the size chart (for ready-to-ship items only)
What Cannot Be Returned?
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- ✕ Bespoke / Made-to-Measure / Customized outfits
- ✕ Personalized or monogrammed items
- ✕ Sale, discounted or clearance items
- ✕ Accessories, jewelry, masks, and intimate wear
- ✕ Items returned after 7 days of delivery
Login to your account and raise a return/exchange request within 7 days of delivery.
Share clear photos of the product and issue (if any).
Our team will review and approve your request within 24–48 hours.
Pack the item securely with all tags and accessories intact.
We will arrange a pickup or you can ship using our recommended partner.
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed.
Refund Information
- ✓ Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- ✓ Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- ✓ For COD orders, refund will be processed to your bank account or store credit.
- ✓ Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
