1. Made-to-Measure Commission Nature

Every bridal blouse, lehenga, and couture creation is individually cut and hand-embroidered specifically to your measurements. Once silk cutting or custom dyeing has commenced following your swatch approval, commissions cannot be cancelled.

2. Handcrafted Uniqueness & Zari Purity

Due to the artisanal nature of handloom weaving, zardozi hand-embroidery, and vegetable dyeing, subtle organic variations in weave texture and motif depth are hallmarks of genuine craft, distinguishing authentic couture from machine reproduction.

3. Atelier Delivery Milestones

Standard made-to-order garments require 18–28 working days from measurement sign-off. Express bridal rush services (10–14 days) are accommodated upon special consultation request subject to seasonal master artisan capacity.

4. Complimentary Fitting & Alteration Guarantee

We stand behind our craft with a complimentary alteration window. Should minor fit adjustments be required upon receipt, our master tailors will alter the garment with no labor fees charged.
